## How It Works Once Satispay is integrated, the customer journey is simple and seamless: * Customers browse your digital menu on their smartphones. * They select their items and place the order. * At checkout, they choose Satispay as their payment method. * The payment is instantly authorized in the Satispay app, and the funds are reserved on the customer's account while awaiting your restaurant's confirmation. * Your staff receives the order and either confirms or rejects the payment. Once the order is confirmed, the funds are transferred directly to your Satispay business account linked to your activation code. If the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically released back to the customer by Satispay, usually within 10 days. If the restaurant rejects the order, the customer's funds are unblocked immediately. This smooth process eliminates unnecessary steps, reduces waiting times for guests, and streamlines operations for your staff - creating a better experience on both sides of the counter.
