The service is aimed at anyone who uses a menu in their business. It can be used by any restaurant, pizzeria, or bar. We offer a complete solution to receive and manage your orders. It includes a digital menu and an advanced order management system.

How much does the service cost?

We offer the service free of charge. The basic functionality will remain free forever. It includes the digital menu and the order management system for one place (restaurant, pizzeria, or bar). Extra features may become for a fee in the distant future.

Why do we do it?

We decided to help restaurants in a difficult time and simplify the life of your customers as well.

Can you manage more than one place (restaurant, pizzeria, or bar)?

Yes, there is no limit on the number of places.

Can your customers both browse the menu and make an order?

Yes, the service offers a digital menu and an order management system (OMS). Your clients will be able to pay for the order with credit cards as well.

Do I need an internet connection?

The digital menus are published online, so your customers will need an internet connection to load a page with the menu. You also have to be connected to receive and manage the orders.

Which menu can I create?

We support different types of digital menus:
  • file menu in the image and PDF format,
  • interactive digital menu with dish images,
  • and interactive digital menu without dish images.
The simplest menu type is a file menu in the image or PDF format. It's a good starting point if you want to use the digital menu as soon as possible. Another type is the interactive digital menu, which gives you more options. For example, you can add an image and description to your dishes. If you want to accept credit card payments, you should choose the interactive digital menu. The interactive menu can be of two types: list menu and card menu. Only the card digital menu requires dish images.

How many menus can I have per place?

There is no limit on the number of menus per place. You can have a daily menu as well. You can combine image menus with interactive menus.

Can I have a menu in different languages?

The service offers multilingual support. There is no limit on the number of languages.

How does the customer browse the digital menu?

The customer will use the mobile device (smartphone or tablet) to scan the QR Code at the table. You have to print the QR code downloadable from the appropriate section of Satisorder and put it on the table.

Which orders do you support?

We support table orders and takeaway orders. There are two types of takeaway orders: on-premises consumption orders and delivery orders.

Which type of payments do you support?

We support both credit card payments and cash payments at the cashier or on delivery. You can choose any payment option you prefer or both.

Do you process payments?

No, we rely on the payment service provider called Stripe to guarantee safe online payments.
